Cancellation Policy
• 72 hours before arrival: 5% cancellation fee.
• 48 hours before arrival: 25% cancellation fee.
• 24 hours before arrival: 50% cancellation fee.
• 23 hours before arrival: No refunds will be issued.
(All cancellation deadlines are calculated based on the scheduled check-in time.)

Payment for your reservation will be processed as follows: 100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of online booking.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
No-show charges or cancellation fees, as established in our cancellation policy, will be automatically charged to the credit card provided when making the reservation.
Upon check-in, guests must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used on the website for full payment or as a reservation guarantee.
(1) Early Departure or No-Show:
- Early departure or failure to arrive (no-show) will result in cancellation and a penalty equal to 100% of the reservation amount.
- Exceptions may be considered with prior authorization from the hotel.
(2) Reservation Modifications:
- Non-refundable reservations do not allow changes to dates or guest names.
- Extending a reservation means that the original policies and restrictions will continue to apply.
- Exceptions may be considered with prior authorization from the hotel.
(3) Refunds:
- No refunds will be issued for late check-in or early check-out.
- For flexible reservations eligible for full or partial refunds following cancellation, refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the request has been submitted and confirmed.
(4) Important Information:
- Stay extensions require a new reservation.
- All guests must be properly registered when making the reservation. Failure to provide accurate guest information may result in additional charges at check-in.
- Accommodation availability at the same property is not guaranteed for additional guests.
- Guests under 18 years of age may only check in when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The price DOES NOT include applicable hotel service charges, optional incidental expenses (such as minibar refreshments, telephone calls, etc.), or mandatory surcharges. These fees, charges, and surcharges will be assessed by the hotel at check-out.
